September 2023 brings Alys Beach to another milestone in development as we prepare to break ground for our final two Town Center buildings, The Dannelly & Varian, to complete the horseshoe encircling the Amphitheatre. Continuing to activate this heart of Alys Beach, this central part of the community, with thoughtfully selected retail and dining options is integral to the New Urbanist planning – creating a walkable town where residents and guests have access to the activities and provisions they need during their time in Alys Beach.

Entering this phase of Town Center development, the temporary building that currently houses the Alys Shoppe will come down to make way for The Varian mixed-use condominium. The Della, crowning the central north end of Town Center and well into its construction, will ultimately serve as the permanent home for the Alys Shoppe upon completion. In preparation for this exciting move to the far east end of The Della's ground level, the Alys Shoppe will move to an online retail space where an expanded inventory of designer apparel and accessories, fine jewelry, beach lifestyle offerings, and our favorite logo items will continue to serve the community. Our Shoppe team will be on property in a variety of locations for special trunk shows, pop-ups, designer meet-and-greets, and other opportunities to enjoy the expert assistance of our team and explore the Alys Shoppe offerings in-person.

For the past 10 years, the Alys Shoppe has occupied a space that was designed from the onset to be temporary, a space that has served as every bit the indulgent escape and gathering spot it was intended to be, a retail experience reflective of the Alys Beach lifestyle and ethos. Curating a collection comprised of exclusive designers, luxuriously crafted goods, and environmentally sustainable, responsibly sourced product to accompany a selection of Alys Beach logo apparel, housewares, and gift items, combined with the elevated personal service and attention of the Shoppe’s professional sales team, the Alys Shoppe has become a place of provision and connection. While we’re sad to see the remarkably elegant temporary space come down, we’re excited to see what innovative and special ways the Shoppe will employ to engage with friends and family during this transition and celebrate the beginning of this final phase for the Alys Shoppe. We are truly delighted to play a part in ushering the Alys Shoppe into its permanent space as its ultimate role in serving our Alys Beach community as originally intended is realized. RELOCATION SALE DETAILS

As we prepare for the Alys Shoppe’s transitional phase and support their online presence, we will be offering special savings for in-store purchases to reduce inventory beginning Monday, August 21, 2023 until the final day of physical operations in the temporary space, Tuesday, September 5.

• Designer apparel for men and women will be discounted up to 50% as marked.
• Fine jewelry collections by S. Carter and Hayley Style offered at a 10% discount.
• Accessories and home goods including Krewe Eyewear, Tom Ford Eyewear, Bene Handbags, CB Grey Silk Scarves and Accessories, Yeti Coolers, Corazon Playero Hats, and Sarah Bray Bermuda Hats offered at a 20% discount.
• The Ryves X Alys Beach Candle, Alys Beach Yeti Drinkware, and Alys Beach logo apparel and hats (adult, youth, unisex) are not included in the moving sale.
• The Alys Beach homeowners, vacation rental guests, and employees should refer to their emails for information on their specific discounts.
